“Nurly-kosh” in Ust-Kamenogorsk

“Realization of the program “Nurly-kosh” gave more than 500 working places to our people”, - said the Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Islam Abishev.

According to the building programs within 2009-2011 years  it will be realized near “Novo-Yavlenka” settlement.

It is planned to build up 863 living quarters, a school, 2 kindergartens and so on. In the future it is planned to build up a branch of Bank, also post office, 3 shops and a shopping center. From the Republican budget it was allocated funds to the building about 3, 945, 3 bln tenge; but it is spent just 1315, 2 mln tenge on the first part of the program.

Thus, the Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk Abishev stressed that there 22 companies and 500 human-beings take part in the realization of the program “Nurly-kosh”.

He added that the second part of the project is in process. In 2011, it is planned to build:

1. 250 living quarters – 1223,0 mln tenge
2. A clinic – 1000,0 – mln tenge
3. A kindergarten (90 places) – 200,0
4. Roads – 500,0
5. Networks of electric supply – 56,0 mln
6. Networks of water supply systems – 400,0 mln
7. The sewers – 120, 0 mln

Total cost of the second part is 3 952, 0 mln tenge.
